I’ve been maxi dress obsessed lately if you couldn’t tell! Remember this gorgeous blue and white stripe one from last week? I love how easy maxi dresses make getting ready in the summer.
Plus, I’m all about comfort and what’s more comfy than a lightweight, breathable and flowy dress?
In high school I wore babydoll everything. Babydoll Hollister tops. Babydoll JCPenny dresses. ANYTHING babydoll. So whenever I find a piece that plays on that style, I grab it up. I’m not sure why there aren’t as many pieces nowadays in this style.. maybe because it’s a fine balance between looking like a tween and a 20 year old woman lol.
This babydoll maxi dress is my summer outfit dreams come true. A bit dramatic, but whatevz. If you need more reasons to have this dress show up at your front door, here are a few –
+The ruffle hem is so cute!
+Not double lined, but also not see through.. so it’s super light, but you won’t be flashing your purple undies around town.
+The yellow stripe is a print I bet none of us have in our closest so it’s refreshing.
+The ruche at the bust for the babydoll fit allows for this to fit los of bust sizes
+The thick straps allow you to wear your every day bra. I always a wear strapless anyways, but if you need more support your straps won’t show!
