I cannot believe it’s almost November! You know what that means? The Holidays will be here before we know it. I’m one of those crazy people that start listening to Christmas music in October, so yeah.. I’m excited!

Since our families both live out of state and friends from out of town are frequently staying over, having a cozy guest room is a priority for us! My dad will be staying during the Holidays, so with Serena & Lily I partnered to revamp the space with a few key pieces!

1. WESTPORT DUVET COVER & EURO SHAMS: First up, an absolutely stunning duvet cover. I adore the crinkly material the duvet has with the gorgeous dusty blue embroidery.

While there are many decor pieces I’ll gladly buy with color, duvets are not usually one of them. They are what I’d consider a “foundational” piece in a room that I typically keep super neutral to add in budget friendly decor pieces to switch up the feel and style of the room more affordable and easily.

Although the embroidered color is a subtle dusty blue and still pretty neutral, it took me awhile to jump in for this one! The longer I thought about it, the more I knew it’d be the perfect comforter for this room. I mean, it basically matches our rug color, right?!

Oh and here are the matching euro shams.

2. OLYMPIA SHEETS:Sheets make all the difference in a good nights sleep, right?! I love that Serena and Lily’s Olympia Sheets not only have a pretty touch of embroidery, but also are breathable and cooling.

3. PALOMINO ALPACA BLANKET: This blanket is a mix of super soft alpaca fur and mecho wool. So cozy!

4. LEIGHTON LUMBAR PILLOW: We actually had this pillow in our master bedroom, but our house is the home of magical pillows.. meaning, they move room to room a lot! 😆 Seriously, have you tried mixing your pillows up into different rooms? It’s a no-cost way to transform a space!

I switched this lumbar pillow into our Master bedroom which also have stunning embroidery.

I love how the Leighton Lumbar Pillow plays off the clean, white aesthetic of this space. Here is the $30 insert too!

5. LANAI MIRROR: One piece our space was missing was a mirror! I’ve always eyed this stunning teak mirror. I love that it adds a touch of costal feel to the room.

I’ll eventually add a little table underneath the mirror which will house little things for guests like waters and granola bars.

6. NAPA TOWEL SETS: We also spruced up our guest bathroom which I’m so excited about!

Growing up, my dad had different colored towels for every bathroom. That way, you don’t have to worry about each bathroom being stocked because they all have a certain place depending on the color! I’ve been wanting to do this for our guest bath so that we have towels just for them, that will probably stay way more soft with the limited use.

I grabbed Serena and Lily’s Napa towels in the bath sheets, hand towels and face towels in the ‘Coastal Blue’ color.

7. HEALDSBURG BATH MAT: And the final addition, this bath mat in ivory to bounce off our shower curtain and also add a pop of texture to the bathroom!
