Sweaters that are long enough for leggings are 100% GEMS. That’s this $30 one. The material is super light. You could layer a vest over it with riding boots or Hunter boots. I am wearing these leggings that I live in year round and are worth every penny [run TTS], but also own these faux leather leggings and love them.
