This week S and I have been revamping from a blast of a weekend. We had friends in town for some celebrations so the weekend was one long party which was so fun.
On Friday night, we celebrated one of our besties birthdays with a huge dinner at one of our favorite spots – Brewer’s. It’s on Moody Street in Waltham if you’re a local girl. Get the chicken sandwich omg so good. My husband and a large chunk of our friends went to college at Bentley University which is right down the road. It’s fun reminiscing about the area where we’ve all made so many memories!
Then on Saturday, S and I hosted a house warming party which was so fun. I wish all our friends could move in so we’d all be one room down from each other again like in college haha!

Yes this piece runs expensive for a sweater, but it’s not just a sweater! This is one of my most worn pieces this fall because it is the cutest dress. I wear it with OTK boots like here ro with tights and riding boots like I did this past weekend.
The material is structured, but has a slight stretch to be comfy.

I’ve owned these boots for six years and just grabbed a new pair since I get so much use out of them! You can tell that you’ll get a lot of use out of them, so they are worth the price tag.
They are the perfect black riding boot in my opinion because the structure is great [not too wide, not skin tight], the design is sleek [not a bunch of buckles and straps] and they are comfy!
I wear mine to work with skirts and black tights. I wear them tucked into leggings on the weekend. I wear them with dark wash denim for date night. They are so versatile!

When it comes to denim I am picky. I own probably eight pairs because I love what I love and I don’t waste time wearing uncomfortable or ill flattering denim. This pair is my all time favorite because they are stretchy, yet structured. They are super comfortable and the perfect dark wash hue.
Honestly – the trick to great denim is investing. I’d rather own three amazing pairs for $100 than six meh pairs that don’t last fr $50.
