After overhauling our fireplace, decorating our dining room and starting our living room, we took a little home decor break. Spring had started which meant yard work, gardening, plants and a fence!
Now that we have a chunk of our outdoor plans under our belt, we decided to take advantage of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for some interior pieces. I wanted to share them with you!
Full disclosure, we mostly bought rugs lol, but I’ll also share what we currently own that’s included in the NSale [like our living room rug everyone compliments!] as well and a round up of other items on my radar that you may enjoy.

Before hoping into what we bought and own, a few notable mentions:
+this cutting board is under $30 and is te most grogeous wood color. It’d be pretty to display leaned up against a wall on your kitchen countertop.
+this set of two candles is under $30 and smells heavenly. Such a great piece to buy now and have on hand for upcoming birthdays. I love to gift a little something like this when my girlfriends get new jobs too.
+this coverlet is so stunning! I love the ruffle detailing. It also comes in blush!

Our Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Home Decor Purchases
1: JAIPUR ANITA RUG
Details: Grey, 7’6″ X 9’6″
We bought this gorgeous grey rug for our bedroom! While we haven’t started in on decorating that room just yetI felt comfortable making a rug choice. We have hardwood floors on the entire first level of our house which is our living space. For the bedrooms and the entire seconds tory, we have a cozy dark grey rug throughout. So all that to say, I and starting from the ground up with the rooms, knowing that grey will be a main color throughout. I knew this rug would pair perfect to layer and compliment our floor rug in our bedroom.
I think the color allows it to look beautiful in so many different rooms. If you’re in the market for a rug, this neutral beaut is a steal of a price!
2. ANTHROPOLOGIE FLORAL BATHMAT
Details: grey
How pretty is this bathmat?! I grabbed this to dress up our guest bath! It’s $37 marked down from $58.
3.KITCHEN RUNNER
Details: Teal, 2’11” X 7’10”
Thank you do much to those that voted on my IG stories! We had you all get involved on the rug for our kitchen. A long runner vs. 5X7 rectangle rug! I kinda knew that we’d land on a runner, but S wondered if a larger rectangle served the space better SO we taped out the measurements and placed rugs we already own there to visualize. After that, S agreed that a runner would fit best and this is the one we bought!
I love the blue hues and the unique print. I think it’ll brighten up the kitchen and compliment our white cabinets and granite. It comes in larger sizes too!
6. JAIPUR ANITA RUG
Details: Pink Fuscia, 5′ X 7′
Now for my office! I couldn’t say no to this blush beauty. It’s the same rug we got for our bedroom, but smaller and PINK!
7. JAIPUR CIERA BLUFF RUG
Details: Grey, 2’6″ X 8′
Okay last rug and now then we don’t need anymore for our home lol! We needed a runner for our entry area and this grey and taupe won my heart! My favorite rugs have dimension to them, meaning some of the print/design is longer than the base. This one is such a gorge, unique neutral rug and comes in many sizes. The runner is under $100.
Home Decor Pieces We Already Own from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
1.BAREFOOT DREAMS LEOPARD BLANKET
Details: Grey, Cream
It’s already selling out, but still available in some colors! It’s pricey for a blanket, but the softest thing you’ll ever cozy up with. We own the grey and the cream!
2. JAIPUR EUGENE RUG
Details: Grey Taupe, 7’6″ X 9’6″
We got our c/o Joss and Main, but it’s also sold at Nordstrom! We have the largest size or our size which used to live in our apartment bedroom, but now fits perfectly in our house’s living room. You see it on the image to the right!
For this size, it’s a $500 on sale for $320. That’s for the largest size though so prices only go lower from there for smaller rugs. It also comes in a gorgeous blue hue.
Rugs are super hard to shop for online due to the brightness/darkness of the photos so if you are considering our living room rug just know that the true coloring is shown within the fourth image.
3.SLIP SILK PILLOW CASES
Details: Queen, blush
I’ve been sleeping on these pillow cases for two years. They are made from silk so they are cooling, protect against wrinkles and severely reduce my hair frizz. The last part alone makes them worth every penny. I went from straightening my frizzies near my head every morning to not needing to because I don’t wake up with frizz that other pillow cases cause! If you struggle with this, I’d really consider these.
