You guys know by now that Serena & Lily is my favorite retailer! Their pieces are timeless, beautiful and such great quality. My previous reivew of the Serena & Lily Riviera Counter Stool has been popular lately so I wanted to continue sharing Serena & Lily products we own to help you when shopping.

Ever since purchasing the Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart, I’ve had questions on how I like it so today I’m reviewing this for you. It’s 27% off today with their Sale of the Year!

Serena & Lily Riviera South Seas Side Cart Review

Serena and lily South Seas Side Cart 2500-2

Dimensions

  • 26″W x 15″D x 30″H overall
Serena & Lily also has a larger cart, the South Seas Bar Cart, which is a larger version of mine. They also have a console version, South Seas Console, which is longer and doesn’t have wheels here.

Pros

  • Quality: With rattan being a natural finish, I’ve found that HomeGoods and “affordable finds” do not have the same quality as a Serena & Lily piece. I’m not sure how they do it, but their rattan furniture stands the test of time and
  • Versatility: From a nightstand, dining room bar cart or living room side table, the Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart can live in so many different areas of your home.
  • Material: Serena & Lily rattan material is very sturdy, adds in a coastal vibe and the organic material brings warmth to a room. The rattan on the Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart is also sustainable!
  • Cleaning: I LOVE how easy these are to clean! Just use a gentle, damp cloth to tidy it up. If you has children, these are very realistic due to the ease of cleaning.

Cons

  • Price: With any Serena & Lily item, the price will always be a con to some. That said, I prefer to invest in items I love and that bring me joy and find that this retailer’s products do just that. I know that I will always have the pieces I purchase from Serena & Lily for decades to come.
  • Wheels: I note this because depending on where you use it or your personal preference, you may not like that it has wheels. I don’t use mine as a bar cart and instead style it as a side table in between our downstairs bath and living room. The wheels don’t both me at all, but I’d consider that! You of course will want the wheels without a doubt if you’re intending to use it as a bar cart.

If you’ve been eyeing Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart, I hope this review helps you in making a decision on incorporating it into your own home. Xo Mindy
