bridal prep essentials
Hi ladies! Happy #Wedding Wednesday! Today I’m super excited to bring you an array or products that can help you or your bestie get bridal ready. From beauty products, heel and stationary – I’ve got you covered.

When you become a bride-to-be, dreaming of your wedding dress is so exciting. Will you like mermaid or ballgown? Will there be a corset or feminine tulle? What about lace or beading? Once you’ve vetted through all your options and found ‘the dress’, it’s just as fun dreaming up your bridal accessories! From veils, to earrings to shoes, your bridal accessories play a huge part in your overall bridal look.
When it comes to bridal shoes, there is one prominent brand – Badgley Mischka. Their their gorgeous satin heels encrusted with jewel details would be a dream for most any bride-to-be! I love that the Caroline heel has a three inch heel, so that you won’t be reaching for sandals two hours into your big day. And the crystal ankle and toe straps are gorgeous. Then there is the Barre slip on sneaker!
If you really love being a bride 24/7, this QT pair of sneakers is a must for running around town. Last sneakers are a bridal shoe was a huge trend that I simply couldn’t jump on, unless it’s this pair!

TWO //MAPS BY A.JAFFE: Use code “AMM09MAP” for 20% your next order
Seriously – how cute?! Even before I was a bride, I bookmarked A.Jaffee’s map necklaces because is there a more gorgeous piece to gift your bestie?! A.JAFFE makes engraved map necklaces with a sentimental location marked by a diamond with an optional custom engraving on the back.
When I had the opportunity to work with the brand on my own necklace, I chose a map of Portland, Maine with a diamond to represent our church ceremony location. Portland is so sentimental to us since we spent so much tie there while I was in college, we got engaged there and are of course, getting married there too! On the back A.JAFFE engraved our wedding date, 9.9.17.

I have a whole post coming up dedicated to Zola because we’ve loved the experience so much, but I’m so excited to share a bit about them today!

Back in October S and I vetted through different retailers that we wanted to register though. We quickly realized that we enjoyed pieces from many different stores. For example, we liked pans from Williams Sonoma, towels from Pottery Barn and dishes by Crate and Barrel. Being the Type A person I am, the thought of managing multiple registries gave me a headache. I also hated the idea of not being able to view all our registered items in one interface. Plus, I think we can all agree that traditional registries are severely outdated and not user friendly for the customer or couple.

After checking out Zola, we were sold! We’ve been managing our registry since October and have nothing, but great things to say about their support team’s responsiveness, adding items, receiving items, the sleek UI. Our loved ones have also made comments about how convenient the process is as well compared to traditional registries. The mobile app makes it so easy to add items on the go too. S and I will pop into Create & Barrel to check out their glassware and be able to add it to Zola right there and there on our own.  You can create your own registry with Zola here!

FOUR // EUROPEAN WAX CENTER: Use code “MINDY” for 20% off services and $5 off product for you and your bridal party – offer expires July 31st 2017.
We can all agree that skin care and hair maintenance is a huge importance in the months leading up to your big day. You want to be your most confident version of yourself and not worry about unwanted hair, ingrown hairs or face blemishes.
While I haven’t ever been to a salon for waxing treatments, I am considering this treatment before my wedding day. I have hear great things about European Wax Center from my girlfriends and with a location right down the road from my apartment, popping in for an appointment would be so simple.

The European Wax Center has two skin care and maintenance bride-to-be essentials:

Renew Me: Restoring Serum: The exclusive, patented technology restores and replenishes post-waxed skin. Whether your skin is prone to irritations or you tend to experience redness after waxing, this product can help calm your skin.

Smooth Me: Ingrown Hair: This alcohol-free serum is gentle on your skin and works towards clearing and preventing ingrown hairs and bumps. It contains natural Amazonian berry extracts and antioxidants to help nourish and comfort skin. I have been using this after shaving and seen a dramatic decrease in redness and irritation. Don’t forget, you and your bridal party can receive 20% off European Wax Center services and $5 off products with code ‘MINDY’.

While S and I have loved many parts of wedding planning, I have to say that designing our invitation quote has been one of my favorite experiences! Wedding invitations set the tone for your wedding day and is a chance to show a pop of the couple’s personality.
Crane Stationary recently release the William Arthur Wedding Collection— The Studio Collection which is a series of sixteen gorgeous wedding stationary suites, including Save The Dates, Invitations, Reply Cards and Monogrammed Stationery. With ranges from calligraphic fonts to lush florals and warm color palettes, any bride can find something she loves here. My favorite was the Floral Laser Cut Suite.

I was super excited to try this product because I recently saw it in Sephora and the sales associate was reaving about it! After applying your make up, simply spray in a z formation, six to eight inches away from your face. Your make up will appear more luminous and will last longer. I tried it before my bachelorette party and can to attest that my make up stayed put all day and evening long! One top of setting your make up, you can spray this Algenist serum spray onto bare skin for instant surge of hydration.

I’ve been looking for my ‘somthing blue’ and once I saw these undies by Hanky Panky I was sold. I’ve said it before on the blog, but Hanky Panky makes the comfiest undergarments. Comfort >everything!
Here are a few of my favorite for the bride-to-be!

I hope this post helps you prep for your big day! Xo Mindy
