Today I’m finally sharing the pants I’ve been raving about on Instagram for a good month! Guess what? They are actually pj pants (!!!), but I had no idea that this was the case when I purchased them in-store. I’ve been living in them on the weekend, but also for the office during the week. I mean – who doesn’t want to wear jammies all day right?! I found out when I got home and was trying to link them for you guys on Instagram! Haha.
I have been drawn to pretty floral pants lately remember this pair? They are super fun to style and you’ll get much more use out floral pants than ya originally think. The fun part of styling printed pants is that with each varying focal color, you can make a whole new outfit!
When styling floral pants, pick one focal color to enhance and draw the eye to. Since these pants are pretty simple with just blue and white, I played on the white with my tank top and through on a denim jacket for a layer. I have other printed pants that have six+ different colors in them, so one day i’ll wear a light blue blouse to pull the blues from the pants print and then the next week I’ll wear an ivory solid tee to pull that hue from the print.
For more simple prints like the one I’m wearing today that don’t have too many colors involved, you can also throw on a solid tee that’s a soft hue. I threw on a blush tee shirt the other day and loved the look with the cute blue and white print!
Also how cute are these earrings and these bracelets Kendra Scott sent over from her latest collection? The earrings can be worn in one, two or three tassel layers.
