I love this makeup primer that’s know for it’s “face filter” effects. It’s not only a great, hydrating primer that will keep makeup in place all day, but it’s wonderful on no make up days! This is a tinted face cream that gives major coverage, major color payoff, but isn’t as heavy as a foundation.
