Today I’m rounding up my top selling wardrobe pieces of 2019. I’m really not shocked by the items on this list because they are all my favorite too! Great minds think alike 😉 From APL sneakers to velvet pearl headbands, all 9 of these items are pieces I wear nonstop and talk about frequently.
PS – I also have a Top 9 of 2019 for home, fitness and beauty coming to the blog as well!
2019 Top 9: Fashion Pieces You Loved the Most
Not surprised by this one! These leggings have been a top seller since I first discovered them back in 2015. They are a great legging for lounging and running errands. I’ve heard other bloggers mention working out in them, but they are cotton, not athletic material, so I don’t suggest doing that.
I love throwing on black riding boots and an oversized sweater with these mid rise leggings during the winter to be comfy and warm, but still put together.
They run true to size and are pretty long (which I prefer). I’m 5’7″ and roll mine. They also smooth you out and suck you in.
Here is the crop version that was also a super high seller. I live in these when traveling or during the summer. They are a thin, buttery material and it feels like you aren’t really wearing anything! That said, they still smooth you out.
2. J.CREW CAMERON SLIM CROP PANT
Thousands of you have purchased my all time favorite work pants. If you work in an office and haven’t tried these out, I highly suggest them. I have an entire review of them here too, but for the spark notes.. grab your normal size.
They are made of a thick, stretchy material that’s very comfortable and they are also very flattering because the material smooths ya out. They are super versatile and got with basically any work blouse in my closet.
I styled this midi skirt three ways for the office, date night and for a casual weekend. This blog post was a hit and was actually it was one of my top 10 most read blog posts of 2019.
I know people say “leopard is a neutral”, but it really is! I also love styling it for winter with a tissue turtleneck. It’s finally back in stock in all sizes. I went down one size.
How adorable are these velvet pearl headbands?! They are a designer dupe for Lele Sadoughi headbands that ring in at $150. WHAT?! For the Amazon set, you get 3 for under $15! I wear them at least 4 times a week to dress up an otherwise plain outfit.
5. APL TECHLOOM BLISS SNEAKERS
If you travel a lot or just love a really nice sneaker, you need to try the APL Techloom Bliss. I have a whole review here! Not only are these APL sneakers super comfortable and stylish, but I LOVE that there are no laces. It’s so convenient to be able to slip them on and of super fast in airport security or just for leaving the house.
They come in so many colors! I’m eyeing this one and this one for Spring. I guess I just can’t have too many pink sneakers lol. If you prefer a classic color, here is the black pair! You can shop them directly from APL or ShopBop.
I have been wearing this adorable babytoll top nonstop. The cut reminds me of the Hollister and Abercrombie knits I used to wear when I first met S so I had to grab it. After sharing it during our Vermont getaway, you all snagged it up.
I have my normal size and it does run a bit oversized. I like that though because it pairs well with leggings! To wear with jeans primary, I’d size down.
7. BAREFOOT DREAMS COZY LITE CARDIGAN
If you’re a Barefoot Dreams fan like my household, then you probably are one fo the hundreds of girls that purchased this cozy cardigan. While it’s a splurge, it’s truly the softest material and has pockets. You could dd it to your birthday wish list 😉 I grabbed my normal size.
8. FREE PEOPLE SQUARE EYES BODYSUIT
This body suit is a super versatile piece to have on hand. I’ve gotten so much use out of it! I tuck it into faux leather leggings, layer under skirts for the office or tuck into jeans for running errands. I like that you don’t have to fidget with keeping it tucked in like a tank. The square neckline is what drew me to the bodysuit originally, but after owning it for months like the thick material and that the bottom has clasps because.. #peanutbladder. It runs true to size.
You loved this waffle body wrap that’s only $16! I used to have one of these in college for walking in between the showers and my dorm room. I rediscovered it via Amazon and use it after every shower. The top part has velcro so you don’t have to tug your towel up. Also, it has pockets which makes holding makeup convenient. It runs true to size.
It comes in lots of colors, but obvi I got the pink.SHOP 2019’S MOST POPULAR FASHION PICKS
